Our talk will focus on the current brownfields remediation initiatives that have been launched by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), including the new Grace Period Rule and Public Notification Requirements. Larry Jacobs, Esq. will discuss the legal implications of redeveloping brownfield sites in New Jersey. We will also explore the benefits and challenges to redeveloping brownfields in New Jersey from a regulatory and environmental standpoint and give personal examples of our brownfields success stories.
