The Rutgers Air Compliance Center can bring its training courses directly to an agency in two ways. Subsidized Training Each year, the Center receives funding from the U.S. EPA to present forty-two subsidized training days in off-site locations. In this scenario, The Rutgers Air Compliance Center covers for instruction and course development, and a host agency is responsible for the costs associated with instructor travel and materials reproduction. The average cost per course in this scenario is about $2,500, so this is an extremely cost effective way to train thirty to forty personnel. Please note that a host agency must be able to register at least twenty-five attendees before the Rutgers Air Compliance Center can schedule the delivery of an off-site course. This requirement has been made by the U.S. EPA. Unsubsidized Courses Cost Proposals Once the forty-two subsidized days of training have been allocated in a given year, the Rutgers Air Compliance Center can still present courses to an agency or regional consortium without the USEPA subsidy. In this method of delivery, The Rutgers Air Compliance Center is unable to cover the costs for course instruction and course development. Please click on the above link to view the unsubsidized cost estimates for each of our training courses. Please note that these proposals are estimates and that actual costs, specifically, the travel costs, may differ from the estimated costs.
