Environmental Consulting and Site Remediation Under NJDEP's Contaminated Site Remediation and Redevelopment Program

This seminar is for students, postdoctoral researchers and faculty interested in environmental consulting. It will provide an overview of environmental consulting under the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s Contaminated Site Remediation and Redevelopment (CSRR) and Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRP) programs. Typical career paths in the environmental consulting industry will be discussed. An on-going site remediation project in New Jersey will be presented that illustrates the interdisciplinary nature of remediation science and engineering.
